Shipping & Returns
Shipping. We bill by actual weight, per kilogram — not by box size. Orders placed before 3pm KST are packed and dispatched the same or next business day with a tracking number. A commercial invoice and HS code are included for customs.
Returns. Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorisation and tell you where to send the part. Installed or used parts cannot be returned.
