Welcome to D&U Korea. These terms govern your use of this store and website, and any purchase you make from us. By using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

D&U Korea is an independent exporter of genuine and aftermarket auto parts for Korean vehicles, based in Jeju, Republic of Korea. D&U Korea is an independent exporter of genuine auto parts and is not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or an authorized distributor of Hyundai Motor Company, Kia Corporation, or Hyundai Mobis. All brand names, model names and part numbers are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.

Orders and quotes

Listing a part does not guarantee availability; stock and pricing are confirmed at the time of quotation. Any price, availability or shipping estimate shown before checkout is indicative and may be revised if the part number changes or freight rates move. We may refuse or cancel orders where a part is no longer available, where a price was listed in error, or where fraud is suspected.

Part fitment and identification

Part numbers, brand names and model names are provided for identification and compatibility purposes only. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your vehicle. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering — we will cross-reference the part number for you.

Pricing, duties and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency of the store and exclude import duties, taxes and customs fees levied in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise. International shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination.

Shipping and risk

We ship from Korea using international carriers and, where selected, Korea Post sea parcel. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier; if a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with the carrier claim.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the part giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or downtime.

Intellectual property

Brand names, model names and part numbers referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.
